Rustem Khamitov

Was born August 18^th, 1954.  

Education

Bauman Institute (Moscow) - mechanical engineer (1977).

In 2003, he served as head of the Moscow Inter-district Tax Office No. 4 for major taxpayers at the Russian Ministry for Taxes and Levies.  From 2003 - 2004, he was head of the Major Taxpayers Administration at the Russian Ministry for Taxes and Levies.  From 2004 - 2009,  he has served as the head of the Russian Federal Water Resources Agency.
