George Rizhinashvili

Born in 1981, Moscow.

In 2002, graduated with honours from the Bachelor's programme, Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Economics.

In 2004, graduated from the Master's programme of Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Economics.

Started professional career at JSC INTER RAO UES. From September 2003 to January 2007, held the positions of Leading Specialist at Investment Directorate, Head of Strategy and Investment Division, Investment Director.

In May 2008, appointed to the position of Deputy Head of Strategy and Investmens Division and Director for Strategy and Investmens, JSC INTER RAO UES.

In July 2008, elected to the Management Board, OJSC INTER RAO UES.

In August 2008, appointed to the position of Head of Strategy and Investments.

Since February 2009, member of Strategy and Investment Committee, OJSC INTER RAO UES.

Awarded the Certificate of Honour by OJSC INTER RAO UES for outstanding performance and high professionalism in 2007.

Since March 2008, member of the Board of Directors, JSC Eastern Energy Company.
