Fitch Ratings affirmed RusHydro credit rating at BB+, stable outlook confirmed
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that international ratings agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed the long-term foreign and local currency credit ratings at ‘BB+’ and long-term national rating at ‘AA(rus)’. The outlook on the ratings is ‘Stable’. The agency also affirmed the ‘BB+’ credit rating assigned to the Company’s bonds.
Fitch Ratings notes that RusHydro’s creditworthiness reflects its solid market position in Russia, strong state support and adequate level of liquidity to meet its short-term obligations.
