Results of the Board of Directors on September 14, 2015
PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company's Board of Directors held a meeting on September 14, 2015.
The Board of Directors appointed Nikolay Shulginov a new Chairman of the Management Board, General Director of RusHydro. The Board of Directors also terminated powers of Evgeny Dod, who has been managing the Company since November of 2009.
Nikolay Shulginov was born in 1951. In 1973, he graduated from Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute, candidate of technical sciences. In 1976-1998 he held several positions from engineer to Head of Central Dispatch Service at JSC Stavropolenergo, Pyatigorsk. In 1998-2002 he worked as Deputy Director of Integrated Dispatch Administration – Director of FOREM TCSC (Territorial Contract and Settlement Center) of the subsidiary of RAO UES of Russia – IDA of North Caucasus in Pyatigorsk. In 2002-2004 he was Member of the Management Board, Director of Technical Audit of JSC SO UES (System Operator of the Unified Energy System). In 2004, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC SO UES.
