Director Shareholding
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has been informed that Mr. Evgeny Dod, Chairman of the Management Board and member of the Board of Directors of RusHydro, has increased his shareholding in the Company from 0.054% to 0.1% as of August 9, 2011.
The Company has been notified of the change August 10, 2011.
Mr. Dod acquired RusHydro shares for his own funds, including the proceeds from sale Inter RAO stock options, where Mr. Dod was CEO prior to joining RusHydro.
