RusHydro has paid coupons on series BO-P05 bonds
June 14, 2019. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has paid coupons on series BO-P05 bonds (state registration numbers 4B02-05-55038-E-001P as of June 9, 2017).
In accordance with the Decision on securities issue, RusHydro paid coupons on series BO-P05 bonds with a coupon rate of 8.2% per annum on June 14, 2019 (at the end of fourth coupon period).
Total amount paid was RUB 408,900,000. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 40.89 per bond.
In April 2017, RusHydro had successfully placed exchange-traded bonds in total amount of RUB 10 bn. The final coupon interest rate on bonds was set at 8.2% per annum. The bonds were included in first quotation list of securities admitted to trading on MOEX.
