The Group has strengthened its ESG profile. Thus, in April, the transfer of Anadyrskaya CHPP from coal to gas was completed, which increased the efficiency of the power plant and significantly reduced the impact on the environment. In November, RusHydro became the absolute leader among the largest Russian generating companies in the first ESG transparency rating of Expert RA.

In the Far East of Russia, within the framework of the state program for modernization of the Russian thermal power industry, preparations for the construction and reconstruction of heat generation facilities were carried out at a faster pace. Natural gas was selected as the fuel for at least four out of six facilities, which meets the goals of decarbonizing the economy.
