3. Jakub Malsagov, Deputy Head of the Division of the Department of Property Relations and Privatization of the Largest Organizations of the Federal Property Management Agency;
4. Igor Repin, Deputy Executive Director, Association of Professional Investors; 
5. Natalya Yakhovskaya, Head of the Division. Federal Agency for State Property Management.
