As a socially responsible company, RusHydro offers its employees an extended social package in the following areas:


SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES AND MOTHERHOOD

In RusHydro there are benefits and guarantees aimed at supporting of young families and motherhood:

  • Lump sum payment upon marriage registration.
  • Lump sum payment at birth or adoption of a child.
  • Monthly payment when the Employee is on maternity leave to care for a child under the age of 3.
  • Compensation of actual expenses for maintenance of children in preschool educational institutions.
  • Compensation of Employees' expenses on purchasing of vouchers for children for sanatorium-resort treatment or recreational and tourist recreation.



HEALTH CARE, HEALTH MAINTENANCE, AND PROMOTION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLES

In development of the state policy, the Company has the following programs and activities in the field of health care, health maintenance and promotion of healthy lifestyles.

  • Voluntary medical insurance.
  • Insurance against diseases and accidents.
  • Organization and holding of systematic medical examinations of employees, vaccinations against influenza, tick-borne encephalitis, COVID-19.
  • Programs for sanatorium treatment, recreation and health improvement of employees and their families.
  • Rent of sports halls for employees, partial compensation of subscriptions to sports clubs and sections.

In order to promote healthy lifestyles the Company also regularly holds soccer tournaments, fields days, sports competitions among employees of departments, as well as competitions "Mom, dad and me are a sports family", with the participation of family members of employees.

PENSION PROVISION

Non-State Pension Provision (NSP) is one of the important areas of social policy. It has been implemented in the Company since 2008 and consists of several pension plans intended to finance pension savings of different target groups of employees.

Pensioners and veterans are also supported through financial aid payments, participation in corporate holidays and events.



HOUSING PROGRAM

In order to attract and retain young and highly qualified specialists, RusHydro has a corporate program for improvement of housing conditions of employees.

Employees are provided with loans for purchasing of housing at the place of their employment and partially compensated interest on mortgage loans.

Corporate support programs for improvement of housing conditions are in effect in branches of RusHydro, as well as in PJSC Yakutskenergo, JSC Sakhaenergo and PJSC Kolymaenergo, etc.
