Sports in RusHydro

RusHydro is not only work. Power engineers are united by long-term sports traditions: competitions and tournaments, tourist rallies, competitions of family teams.

Sports competitions held in the RusHydro Group are aimed at promotion of healthy lifestyles among employees and their families, identification of the strongest athletes and teams and increase of the level of sports skills of participants.

Since 2018 the company has been holding a corporate sports and athletic contest, in which about a thousand employees from branches and controlled organizations take part every year.

In 2021 the Corporate Hockey League (CHL) of the RusHydro Group was created, with 11 teams currently participating in the regular championship.

As a result of active support and development of sports traditions the teams and individual participants win prizes in industry and regional sports competitions.
