PJSC RusHydro maintains and keeps the shareholders’ register in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On the Securities Market", the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies" and other regulatory and legal acts of the Russian Federation.
The register of PJSC RusHydro shareholders includes information about individuals registered, the quantity and categories (types) of the shares entered against each registered name, and other information envisaged by legal acts of the Russian Federation.
Decision of the Board of Directors of PJSC RusHydro of October 10, 2016 (Minutes No. 242) approved Joint Stock Company VTB Registrar as the holder of the Company's shareholders' register.
License of Bank of Russia to conduct operations to maintain the share register No. 045-13970-000001 from February 21, 2008.

Entity, registered in PJSC RusHydro share register, has to inform the holder of the Company’s shareholders register in a timely manner of any personal changes. In the event the entity does not submit such information, neither PJSC RusHydro nor the registrar is held liable for any losses incurred as a result of this action.
Discrepancy in the personal data with the available information deprives the shareholders to exercise certain rights as shareholders of PJSC RusHydro such as take part and vote at the AGM of RusHydro, carry out securities transactions and receive dividends on the shares held.
