Volunteering

Corporate volunteer movement of RusHydro actively develops and gathers more and more of the company's employees who are not indifferent at events throughout Russia. RusHydro volunteers actively participate in the company's annual initiatives: Charity Fair, Donor Day, Suitcase of Kindness, Brightest Christmas Tree, Help to Get Ready for School, events timed to celebrate the Great Victory.

Employees conduct familiarization tours to RusHydro facilities. Familiarization with power facilities stimulates interest of the younger generation in engineering professions in general and in power engineering.

Over 15 thousand of schoolchildren in the regions where RusHydro facilities are located annually receive useful information from RusHydro volunteers during lessons on energy saving and energy safety.
