Consent to Personal Data Processing

By providing his or her personal data, the User agrees to the processing, storage, and use of such data on the basis of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 On Personal Data.

Personal data is understood to mean any personal information that allows to establish the User’s identity, such as:

• Surname, first name, patronymic
• Contact phone number
• Email address

A User’s personal data are stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except for the cases when non-automated data processing is needed to meet the requirements of the law.

The Company undertakes not to pass the received personal data to third parties, except for the following instances:

• Upon request of the authorized governmental authorities of the Russian Federation only on the basis and in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Russian Federation
• To the strategic partners who work with the Company to provide goods and services, or those of them who assist the Company in delivering goods and services to offtakers. We only provide a minimal amount of personal data to third parties that are necessary to render the required service or perform the necessary transaction.
